Over 27% of Costa Rica is designated as
national park, biological reserve, wildlife
refuge or some other category of protected
area. Costa Rica's 112 volcanic formations
are among the country's most notable
geographic features. Seven of the volcanoes
are active.

Beaches in Costa Rica are made of black and gray sand,
many within National Parks boundaries. Water activities include
swimming, surfing, snorkeling and diving, warm water kayaking and rafting,
waterfalls, sailing, hot springs, fishing, and white water rafting.

Costa Rica offers outstanding sailfish and marlin fishing, rain forests, volcanoes, giant
sea turtle nesting tours, hot springs, Indian arts/crafts, bird watching, monkey
trails, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, surfing, sailing, and some of
the world's finest scuba diving on nearby coral reefs. All this and more is available
right out your front door on your own secluded beach - your concierge can help you arrange
any activities to keep you busy during your all-inclusive villa vacation with us.
